Many of us own a trading day's worth of ELTP. Any of us could drive it to 10¢ in a heartbeat. And then the profit takers would bring it back down. Until ELTP 60-day moving average volume gets to 10-15 million (still a VERY small % of the float) it will remain a true penny stock. Very few people are interested. Even a triple from the current price is not going to grab a lot of attention.
