Unfortunately, they are not worth .40. Goldman small cap research is completely fraudulent. If you go through their reports on other companies you will not find one single negative or even borderline review. All companies they have put out reports on ALL, at minimum double the value of the that companies pps. Go further back in their reporting and find me one company that ever achieved their predicted pps.
