Why? Why won't the merger go through?? It's a DONE DEAL! Even if it goes grey, do you not think Benito KNEW LAHO was late? They obviously KNEW the suspension was coming!! CPA's are currently working on the filings! Benito and GSCG needs credit card payment processing and that's what LAHO brings to GSCG!! THE MERGER WILL HAPPEN!! 8K filed with SEC!!
