thanks for posting.
share holder letter was good move but it doesn't address that bone headed $.40 recent private placement pricing. I get the earlier placement pricing at $.40 but not the most recent one. they had contracts in hand, products on shelves and share price avg of $1.20+.

on brighter side SEC Rule 144 restricting sale of the shares for at least 6 months applies. guess we'll just have to see what the brings for VFRM and their shareholders! Z
