Am I missing something here ? The the company filed a 8k with te sec a month ago saying it hired a new auditor. Did the sec not read it and say ok they have the date set to file the audit why not give the company that deadline to complete the audit and if they fail to come up with it then shut them down . Not 7 days prior to the deadline
