Why wouldn't the merger go through? I don't think Dave and Benito care too much about the suspension and they would still own Global Stem Cells Group. And if the Company is worth a small fortune and raking in millions upon millions of dollars a year it should still reflect in the share price EVEN on the gray market. Hopefully they give us a PR very soon to splain!

EDIT!! AND, WHY WOULD LAHO GO THRU THE TROUBLE OF MAKING A NEW WEBSITE DURING ALL OF THIS??????????? THIS IS NO SCAM IMO.. Here's their NEW website!!
