Yes, the argument that terminating SEC reporting obligations "saves money" is complete BS. The day they filed the Form 15, the stock lost 75% of its value. 75%!!!!!!!!! The amount of market cap they lost in the one day from the termination of their SEC reporting obligations would fund over 10 YEARS of reporting costs! And by terminating reporting, no institution will look at them ever again.
Terminating their SEC reporting obligation is a death sentence. And they know it. They did it because the company is almost certainly going bankrupt.
