Enough BS, Buzzy has delayed this spin off with all the complaints being filed against him from angry shareholders at VGID, Sntx, and FHBC by now? Maybe you should do some reading Mike canned Buzzy in early April of 2019. He has a NDA with Buzzy, he has no business saying Jack about LOFB. So the daily BS is just that, if you are relying on anything to be the truth out of Buzzys lips good luck. Buzzy has fleeced the shareholders for years, he is nothing more than a parasite living of the shareholders for years. As for the law we can only hope they are circling the wagons and will be hauling him away soon.
