Or the FACT that Fruci and Ass. have been working day and night on LAHO filings for 85 days now!

That is not a fact. All Fruci said in the email that's making the rounds is that they were currently working on the 2017 audit for LAHO. Auditors do not work "day and night" unless they're being paid a LOT of extra cash.

Fruci is a small firm. But it has 49 issuer audit clients. I imagine that keeps them fairly busy:
