Shouldn't be a halt. Name change with SOS and SEC along with whatever legal contract changes. All happens behind the scenes. Length of time to complete....no clue honestly. I think every reverse merger and buyouts are different, and adding that this is a tri merger....don't know. Next step I believe is completion of clinigence audit and we will actually see their revenue and see what 15% will actually be valued at. Good chance in my opinion that the r/s to put us above .01 to qualify for QB status will be not issued due to what 15% of their revenues will mean. After that....merger and super 8k I'm guessing
