Every "paper" submitted to FHFA, including all the letters during the comment period, was a primer in "how to best leverage what's left of FnF for piggies at the trough". Nary a submission took a honest view of past, present and future. Maybe Howard's got the closest. Tho' his ego and arrogance tends to diminish the real value of genuine wisdom, knowledge and experience. Plus. It's hard to forget what a shameless shill he was in 2015-2016 for HRC and BO.
