No, that’s wrong - they’re not all facts until documents and audited financials are presented. It’s just words on the non-reporting Dark OTC company’s own website, much of it forward looking, i.e., not factual. It’s fine to love the lines, but don’t accept them as factual until there’s documented and verifiable proof.

The claim of $.07 on a stock that’s not been over $.0002 in eons, is much too aggressive imo.
