Was there a clause in the merger we didn’t know about? Strange how they can just leave IGEX now.

What becomes of IGEX tomorrow? Need to hear Jason given explanation soon. Stock price going to take a beating tomorrow? Or maybe price is already reflecting what has occurred by those who knew.
