Ok here. I found a list of the current otc suspensions.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml

I looked at most of the orders, compared LAHOs suspension letter to the others ones, and i see they are all worded the same. I looked at the other companies that were suspended last month and past its 10 day suspension and all are now trading in the Gray sheets.

So yuppp... sadly LAHO is definitely going Gray.
