Simple. With JCPQ going to 0 in a chapter 11 or 7. The shorts will never have to cover. What will JCPQ do to make them cover? You already got the 'insiders bought big!' Barrons pump, and it couldn't get you any higher (or closer to $1) than 83 cents.
The fundamental problems remain. Next up, reverse split to stay on the NYSE and shorts win big.
