It was a news article that should not have even been allowed to be published without Bill Aul’s approval.

Bill Aul must not have much sway with Kisa and GIFX. I've heard before about PR's and News that were blunders that Bill Aul had not approved. But then again, it is rumored that Bill Aul has run out he retainer money and is no longer representing GIFX. Is this one more clue that Aul is no longer with GIFX? Hard to imagine after Aul warning Kisa before about Kisa's news flashes, that Kisa would do it again. Maybe Kisa got tired of Aul's Warnings and just let him walk.

Whatever the story, it does appear that Kisa does not know his left foot from his right. And Kisa fits the profile for what he has been described as. A Scam Artist that does not follow the rules of either law or that of running a public company. One more reason that GIFX shell may be up for sale. Kisa does not want to be bridled any longer by rules associated with running a public company. Especially the rule about false Yeni Bakis promotion of GIFX. Without Yeni Bakis, GIFX is just a.....
