This is still true IMO.....
LONGS know that CELZ is a mansion being built on a large piece of property on a beautiful lake. This mansion is big, complex and modern inside with many ground breaking patented trademarked features, and it has taken years to build.
There may have been permitting issues, cost overruns, inspection issues and a host of normal construction problems and delays, but it is slowly being built magnificently nonetheless.
There is great interest in the mansion. Seeing it, many are now interested in the property too, and many are angry and disappointed they didn’t find the location and design the mansion first. The other folks with mansions with blue trim on the same lake are worried because this mansion will be nicer than theirs and will steal all the attention away from them.
Many are so angry and disappointed that their new neighbor will have the nicest, newest, most modern house, they talk bad about it and call it gaudy, ugly, not built right and will never be nice and the builder has broken windows at his office.
Laughing, the owners sit back and patiently wait for it to be completed. They know how nice and groundbreaking it will be. They have no interest in selling it to any other interested parties, because it’s their design, their trademark so to say, and it will be theirs forever.
When it is finally built, and they get their occupancy permit, move in and finish the smallest of details, we will discover it will become one of the finest mansion ever built. Many will admire it, be proud of it, and even feel they had a small part of building it.
Many others will continue to talk bad about it, talk about the owners old address, where he came from, some broken windows during early construction legal battles and empty boxes of trash piled up during construction, but the owner will always smile ;)
Especially when they have plans to expand the mansion with new patented technologies as the years go by.
