It is verify clear by the stock action that NASDAQ must need more information! There is NO other reason for the delay. The HB report did severe damage and cause a temporary setback for PRED. There is still some blame on PRED for not at least putting "fluff" press releases so as to keep the herd corralled .
Shareholders have been disregarded instead of valued. Many will "sell' either reduce the huge losses or sell when they break even.
There have been many "bull traps" in this stock and in return the "black swams" have been brutal! We started out with "unicorns" and our only results have been nasdaq delays, shorts, limited news, fake new posters,serious losses for many and the continued uncertainty about listing that has been rumor for 8 weeks now by various touts
If this paper get down to $1.25 lever 1. i will not sell, but instead borrow money from my huge line of credit and double down. I am all in!

finally ~ screw the charts- they are the tail that is wagged by the head!
The news will drive PRED we just have grin and bare it!
