Nobody bought it at the penny level. It was a reverse split to get to this level. Also nobody is holding millions of shares. If they are they paid millions of dollars for them.
If I remember right it started trading at around .50 and it wasn’t long after it was in the shitter and reversed. I don’t know what they’re up to now, but that’s how and why it’s trading where it is.
