There’s a lot of weird theories going on, and I honestly think a lot of people are in denial. It’s also crazy to me that some people think it’s funny that others lost money. I’ll be losing money but from what I gather, I’ll still be taking a decent profit. Here’s my one weird theory:
Big board stocks get halted for pending news and stop trading for minutes or hours all the time. Also for volatility. This could be the penny stock version of that. They can’t halt it for pending news for days, so why not find something else? Dollar volume has been increasing, and if anyone is aware that the filings are being made, it would be the sec.
So while I am very ready to lose a good portion of my gains and take a smaller profit, who knows, maybe it’s the one strange time. But probably not. The nice thing is by the time we trade again, the company should have done something by the means of a statement or filings. If not, I guess we know where we are. So we can all talk in circles for the next 2 weeks, but by that time, it should be pretty obvious one way or the other, considering the circumstances.
