I am not sure what prompts two separate companies to join forces, build up a huge following and garner massive shareholder interest - only to piss it away on corruption or incompetence. Why destroy something that very few companies ever really enjoy? Why gather scraps from the dumpster when you could have enjoyed the buffet? I'll never understand this aspect of the pinks - but I have been through this multiple times and it has never turned out well. I just don't understand the dynamics of shortsightedness and hopefully never will.
