I'm not sure if Benito does or not. I don't follow LAHO too closely since i have other plays and day trade.

If GSCG backs out. It's a huge loss for them b/c doing a reverse merger is the cheapest way to go public besides trying to go public solo (which takes a lot of money and time to do).

I think the suspension is only for LAHO to release their filings. that's it imo
