As I see it, only two things are happening:
1. Family and friends are liquidating their shares.
Possible, but they have kept up with private placement to keep this afloat. I doubt that.
2. The 30-40% non-family and friends who own the balance of shares are selling. I believe this. I think they see the low pps and want to find the exits.

The second scenario is a great scenario for those of us who have and keep adding to our shares. The second scenario means that if good or great news come out, there are fewer shares selling into a run up.

I keep buying these cheap shares. Why not? If Chevron is a real deal the pps increase will be huge.
And what’s the one thing that tells me it’s real?
Look at the last news release. Chevron’s name was used. They would have crushed Micromem if they did not ok this.
