I agree & have said the same repeatedly.

Berman claims LOTS of financial success, yet REFUSES to show ANY VERIFICATION of his claims.

An audit is NOT THAT EXPENSIVE for a company of this size. And certainly NOT relative to his posted 'record revenues' and 'monthly profits.' Yes I'm aware other stinky-pinks don't do them, but that's cuz NOBODY CARES when PPS is going higher!

There are SO MANY RED FLAGS, just around the financial statements and the 'record' LOANS Berman supposedly makes to the company, and his dumping ALL his common-shares in return for Preferred, and the remaining MONSTROUS share count (billions & billions...) and the continued DILUTION.

Etc.

Anyway, I agree - Crooked Steve could clear this up, and I've ALSO REPEATEDLY said I expect him to "announce" (again...) an audit, most-likely to drive up the PPS because I honestly don't expect him to follow-thru (again).

My opinion remains unchanged, because NOTHING Berman claims makes sense:
$ONCI is a typical OTC SCAM run by a typical OTC CONMAN.

I hope something "good" happens, so that those underwater are able to scratch-back losses and even come out ahead.
