Not sure what the manipulation might have been that some are referring to but as I see it the run-up was due to the annoucement of partnerships / developments that Cox was announcing. Plain and simple. Of course things cool down it's normal.

The biggest run-up was due to the announcement of partnering with AATAC and going into 40,000 thousand stores...that was huge news and now we are seeing surge going into those stores right now...
