This could be the reason PCTL share price has been weak. Heavy dilution coming soon. In July they issued 10.5 million shares to reduce the convertible debt by $9,000.00. There's still 90 grand due on that note and about 600 grand more waiting in the wings. That comes out to almost 700 million shares and they haven't set that many aside. That can't be good.
