Simply put, these acquisitions are very much in line with what makes the most sense for the company's growth prospects and what they need to do to establish market share.
The tailwinds of the marijuana space are 100% what drove me to have any interest in this fledgling company at all... and I was skeptical after reading what some people on this board had to say about Waldrop.
But after reading through the 10-K, I realize that this guy doesn't have time to please everyone. He went on an acquisition SPREE in a real play to become a part of this cannabis eco-system. I don't know if it's going to work or not, but at this valuation, the upside is crazy.
It's a high risk investment obviously... I by no means think this is a sure thing, but I want to be involved.
