Since LAHO hired Frucci & Assoc to bring them current and they've been actively working on doing so for some time now then it's certainly not out of the realm of possibility that they could achieve this filing by the reported date of 9/12.

For all doubting, keep in mind that they filed an official 8K report with the SEC stating this. This isn't something a scam or non-legit company does given the potential legal consequences. If all they'd done is put out a PR then yes, I'd give much more credence to the possibility of a scam but I don't think this is the case. I may be wrong and am prepared to deal with the loss and so be it.

Until I learn one way or the other as to what can happen after their financial filings and assuming they are done between now and the 19th of September, all we can really do is wait and see. Hopefully they put out a PR letting us know.
