BEWARE: Anthony Hayes, Spherix CEO is untrustworthy. This P.o.S. has hurt too many investors ever since he took reigns of this company nearly a decade ago. He has enriched himself (along with his buddies) handsomely on Investor's Money (Money that was supposed to be put to use to help the business grow and profit). Hayes is a noted Slimeball attorney who couldn't make anything out of the many 100's of supposedly Highly Valuable acquired patents which Investors (including myself) ended up paying for... all they've done is just wasted away. He's NOT to be trusted, unless he proves otherwise. IMO he should be in Jail. However he's still out there, still ying, manipulating, thieving, and now he's using blackmail tactics for a vote, etc., etc. What a wild west the micro cap stock market is. This dishonest man shouldn't be in charge of anything of public value, let alone a Public Company. It's a frickin Shame that he's continue getting away with robbing good honest people of their hard earned money. Anthony Hayes' day will come and it will be mightily brutal as it should well be for what he's done to others.
