Okay, how?, why not explain about the positive outlook?, why so?

PS: Look, I am on it, been long for so long, this shit crashed and had a free fall, nothing positive is happening, but I'm still holding because some day this CEO will be kicked out and the inefficient management is replaced with something else!. So, explain me why this stock is of any value??
