This has always been CV's baby despite all the puppets he puts in as CEO. And even old Charly can't help himself its just no fun unless he is bleeding millions of shares into the share structure. While this was UTRM he bleed billions into SS running the share count to 8B then slammed all share holders with his 1000 to 1 R/S laughing all the way to the bank or his yacht. Claimed to retire 3B shares causing SP to jump from .0003 to .0189 or so. Then bled billions back in as the SP dropped back to trips. Hope for all this is not history repeating itself. CV is a thief IMHO
