If IGEX/HULX does a PR video of just what Dr. Hughes presented in the 1M Cups video to the investment small cap community this will grow instantly.

Dr. Hughes did state in there they were looking for banks that would capitalize them for the stock value (and that value is in direct proportion to the price per share).
Thus, a well funded PR campaign that moves PPS up considerably from undervaluation to mid valuation or better is in the future.. Common sense I figure makes that workable via higher share price..

Have they sold some shares of that 800M+ they bought.. Sure hope so, since they gave avg .0003 and could have sold some for over .001 now they are in solid cash position and still hold 500-600M is my estimate.
When the price gets thru pennies this company is a winner and so is the ones who bought that first few rounds shares they sold to amortize the startup.
Investors always share some risk for ultimate reward.. These sub 1's are stupid cheap here. Just happy to be here for the LT.
