Impossible. They have 180 days from a deficiency notice. Not even close to that date.

Ok, you are right about the deficiency notice. So the company will get one very soon. May be it is good news to you.

Only a matter of time as the letter will be informing the company that it has 90 calendar days to get up to standard in the case of the market value listing requirement or 180 calendar days if the issue is regarding the minimum bid price listing requirement. The company must meet all of the criteria under at least one of the three standards (Equity Standard, Market Value Standard, Total Assets/Total Revenue Standard) .
