Anyone surprised is a deluded. LAHO is the only one to blame. Company has no filings in 3 years. Stock Starts to move from .0001 on 5/08/2019 to .0046 9/05/2019 up 4500% with no real financial info. Most of Global Stem Cell's business is outside of the US.

Go read about trading halts. Last 8K was about changing accounting firms. Long road back but if they are legit, they should get their house in order, if not, goodbye.
