I’m wondering if they timed the 90 days out understanding that they would HAVE to get the filings done by then to avoid potential suspension. Obviously they don’t know the exact day the temporary suspension would occur. But I’m sure they had a general idea. I’m hoping that they get on the horn and get this completed ASAP. After all this threatens the merger too so it’s in both companies’ interest to rectify this. I hope the release a PR Monday updating us on this situation and what steps they are taking.
