Well stated, but it is not about education as similar explanations have been done in the past. Unfortunately, it is about individuals trying to manipulate others by attempting to spread Fear, Uncertainty or Doubt (FUD). It is present on most boards and some of the aliases involved are easily recognized by those of us who have been around a while. It takes no talent to do; use a fact or even a partial fact (in this case dilution), create a false narrative around it (RC is greedy etc.), then see how long you can keep the conversation going to keep the false narrative in peoples minds. This may cause the poorly educated to sell their shares, missing out on potentially life changing returns. Meanwhile, the perpetrator can make an extra few extra dollars from the cheaper shares they bought; then they proudly brag to their mothers and church groups about how they make an "Honest" living in the market. It's sad and pathetic, but it's reality.

Every board has a mix of Knowledge and Nonsense, unfortunately for the less experienced it can be difficult to tell the difference.
