This is a twist of the truth as well....Rennova has to let their provider know in advance...I assume Rennova gave NOTICE to Florida Blue Cross on July 1st

(Florida Blue was cancelled with an effective date of July 1, 2019)

"Upon final reconciliation of July and August premiums and employee contributions, employees will receive a reimbursement of medical deductions taken in July and August.

If it was cancelled on July the 1st there would be no need for reconciliation of Premiums for July and August

Medical Insurance is not paid in arrears it is paid in ADVANCE they have switched providers
