There is a path now to privatization and some form of capital retention. Its a little less than expected, but not that big of a deal.

Gasparino just got hung up on the part that said the commons weren't addressed in the report.

And en banc still remains. Not sure what more anyone was expecting other than an end to the NWS. Thumbing their nose at En Banc is probably not going to go over too well, however.
