No new news or changes from the last 2 monthly reports, other than a tiny OS increase and new CEO, which we already know about.

From August 2019 report:
Number of Outstanding Listed Securities: 63,003,634(as at August 31, 2019)

Versus previous July 2019 report:
Number of Outstanding Listed Securities: 62,932,594(as at July 30, 2019)


The only changes are items 14 and 16, extracted and listed here from the August 2019 report:


14.Provide details of any securities issued and options or warrants granted.

On August 20, 2019 the Issuer issued 40,040 shares at a price of $0.20 per share upon exercise of a share purchase warrant. (Goldrush2001 note: Price is most likely noted in CAD, not USD)


16.Provide details of any changes in directors, officers or committee members.

Sue Ozdemir was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective September 1, 2019. Mark Godsy, the former Chief Executive Officer, will remain as Exro’s Executive Chairman of the Board.
