good because it's good for him ($576,000 salary package for 2018 and continues to rise). As he continues to raise the companies numbers ,he raises his income EBITA and bonuses -even though the debt rises.
The company has allocated all it's assets(????) any left?
When he reaches the end ,he will have accumulated large $$$$for himself
and then get a position (? ) as a division manager for some other company
and maybe a payout ,if he owns the patent rights to a successful patent.
The takeover company will get it at sub dirt prices and shareholders
will GET NOTHING . There may be periodic fast turnover opportunities ,as the HYPE wagon continues -Marco will continue to think he is doing
good -BECAUSE ITS GOOD FOR HIM -in his mind, if it's good for him -it's
good for everyone-NO CONCEPT OF OTHERS.
