To date, Lawrence L. Twombly, V Group, Inc., President, CEO, CFO and Sole Director of V Group Inc. Board of Directors (also former CFO of Leaf of Faith Beverage Inc.) has not delivered to the new Board of Directors of Leaf of Faith Beverage Inc. any of the requested Documentation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) required to audit the financials and statements of Leaf of Faith Beverage, Inc, Standard established, general required documentation to comply for auditing, providing the necessary support for Financials and the Statements Prepared for the company by Lawrence L. Twombly and V Group, Inc.
