Well this latest PR is kind of interesting. Very vague as to exactly what they are planning on doing. I would assume no existing ARCI people has any experience in this way all. So this means taking on all new management and employees with many more than likely being Highly Trained and Board Certified and has a number of liabilities. This market also is highly Regulated. There also is plenty of existing competition. So I would wonder if they are buying up some existing player or are they starting from scratch.

Hopefully the 8K on this will spell things out more clearly.
