At this point, here is how I look at it:

Authorized is 310M, so your risk of shares issued to the CEO’s is likely up to 160M to maintain majority. However, you can have different classes of shares, so that’s just the risk.

If the immediate risk (CEO shares, not shares issued to generate capital) is 160M, do you think the combined value of the companies will support $2+ a share with 160M shares issued?

My guess is they are shooting for $4 to get off the OTC, but that is a question everyone should be asking themselves.
