Chicago ( Chicago Venture Partners AKA John Fife who owns LLC's that hold liens against Hemp Properties( see Det. Thorn's post above)) boiler room with a Lie they can run with (see Wolf of Wall Street)

Shares being thrown around like a drunken sailor all to create a ILLUSION of real buying to get the greedy -but-uninformed to follow.

It has worked well in the past. Until it falls apart every time.
