I disagree. The CEO told us a while back that they were in the process of having their lab certified to ISO standards. I think thay mag be some of the hold up. This company is actually making money with it's diagnostic services. That should not be overlooked.

Personally, I love that this has channel traded for so long even if the channel has dropped by .15.

Personally, I'm accumulating....
