The CEO of a company has "control", Frank had "control" and told lies and hid material events to sell shares, he did this from April 2017 as Investor relations and then as CEO July 2017 on!

There is no reason to believe that Frank Hawley won't continue to ACT in the same way, PROMOTING bogus information to SELL SHARES.

It is what he has done since this shell was taken over by Willard McCusker and Frank Hawley.
