Whoever wrote it is an idiot. Heck ,early 2020 with a 6x larger un-built and unfunded second phase? Miracle crop growing now to be ready next month. Bask sign off? Here is the real idiocy. "There will be 30 million outstanding shares (assuming dilution to build Phase II)" Of course there is dilution, and 7 million or so more shares is NOT building next phase at a buck a share. LOL!
