Aphd- Jason was associated with this ticker for a short amount of time. (Less than 5 months...) However, things obviously never materialized there and he left around the end of August 2017. Jason was the President of IP Risk Control, not the CEO. He was never in full control of APHD like he is now currently in LDSR. The company explained that the Myriad deal did not close. For whatever reasons that occurred, it could be explained as simple as whatever Jason was expecting from the deal never materialized so he walked away and created his own opportunity with LDSR. This is nothing new in the business world. What makes LDSR much different than APHD is Jason is the CEO and majority shareholder of LDSR. His name is the only one listed on the Nevada SOS website for officers. Countless amounts of SEC filings have stated he is in direct control of the LDSR ticker. There is no fudging on this one and as for walking away from APHD, that was Jason's right. There was no lawsuit from APHD stating breach of contract.

USMJ- Last I checked, the Hemp/pot craze is still alive and well with certain tickers. This was announced as a plan in a PR to Bring Data Privacy and HIPAA Compliance to Marijuana Consumers. That was it... a plan... if anyone read more into it as a guilty by association, I would remind you all that Jason is in a Startup phase. Getting your name out there in compelling arenas can either materialize or not... Just because it was announced as a plan has no bearing on the character of Jason. If it leads to something down the road, then so be it. If not, it was an idea and had no bearing or substance as to the amount of revenues it would generate.

Ironclad- Jason mentioned that Ironclad presented an opportunity because of their military grade encryption. It was something that could be appealing to combine with Data 443's tech stack to pitch to someone like a bank who doesn't want standard grade encryption and vise versa. Ironclad has the encryption aspect but lack in the transport or display capabilities so Araloc as example could be used with the ironclad encryptions. Simply because it was announced as a partnership and Ironclad is in the tank, doesn't mean that there was not an opportunity for both of these companies to cross market their capabilities. Again as a startup, Jason exploring multiple avenues to get his name and product out there in compelling avenues is not in any way nefarious. Jason has mentioned multiple times that he wants to cover the Grey areas of cyber security. Piece mailing some of these groups strengths together can provide exactly that and who knows what's happening behind the scenes. Again something that could materialize or... not...

Teksystems- This is a real technology strategy partnership agreement to provide global Data Privacy and Governance solutions for Teksystem's customer base. As part of the agreement, TEKsystems will be utilizing many components from the Data443 technology stack to fulfil customer needs. Those needs will expand as we get closer and closer to CCPA. Just because nothing else has been reported on it, does not mean that it does not exist. As per Kory Patrick, Practice Manager – Risk & Security Services for TEKsystems "I have been watching the privacy governance arena very closely. We are experience growing customer demand for our help in this space – and I feel that the solution set provided by Data443 is a solid match for their requirements. We have been working with the team much of 2018 and are excited for the opportunity in 2019. Our customers deserve the best – we are proud to position this for them." Does that quote sound like a kick the tire assessment? Just because we haven't heard anything about it doesn't mean it is not happening or that it won't be ramping up as this moves along.

As for Jason's reputation, the guy has a very good one. Countless amounts of people have vouched for his work ethic and knowledge in the field. His resume and knowledge are things that very few have been able to attain. He has been asked to attend as a guest speaker several conferences discussing pressing issues in the field as well as being invited to join the SPARK Institute’s Privacy Committee. There is absolutely nothing "Fishy" about that and that is a REAL achievement that could lead to some very interesting developments.

Think of this company as a startup company that took over a shell with issues. Both of those things take time to work through and expand upon. Just because the past has not been what people initially thought it would be, does not mean that the company is not growing and building towards a stronger future.

The head of sales and the head of operations, have been around for a year plus. The company has recently hired a new CFO. This is exactly what you want to see in a startup, especially when they had every reason given the stock price performance to bail a long time ago. Yet, they are staying around. Not to mention the acquisitions and potential acquisitions that are showing and will continue showing real revenues hitting the financials. This one doesn't smell fishy at all. It is what it is. A STARTUP that is continuing to work on and clear out shell issues. 2.5 billion convertible note that many said would sink this company... Gone! All other convertible notes on the books, allowing an extension. A lawsuit in progress to recover 1.5 billion shares that are in limbo. What in all of that is fishy? If Jason didn't care about this ticker, he would have allowed all debt conversions to go through now. He would not have hired a CFO to take charge of restructuring and overhaul of the debt picture.

This company is growing and with the margins they can produce and what they are targeting to add, this one has a sincere amount of potential. There is no doubt about that. N8 has not closed yet, but if it does, that would bring a major amount of credibility to this stock. Data Express is also another compelling add simply because it adds another tool to Jason's arsenal.

Anyone can look at it however they would like, but to say it is all bad is not looking at the other side of the glass IMO.

Best of luck to you and all LDSR players.
