$FNMA~Gooberment plan will be phased in overtime. IMO, it will appear they are doing a great job protecting the taxpayer as the decade old mantra has been repeated while they know they are about to lose to En Banc. Then when En Banc comes out against the Gooberment in favor of shareholders politicos can say they did their best and blame the loss on the turd branch of da Gooberment wink.

I don't know, but do you think the judges are done by now...
