I'm confused, Ex, If I drank every day and was walkin around with .130 bac and I'm not feeling or acting impaired, been doing this for years, so what, the legal limit in the US is .08 for a dui, 21 and older, It should be the same for thc, true, 5 nanograms is a bit low, but once a threshold is set, with a number, why would it matter even if the chronic user or patient doesn't feel high,??? It shouldn't right? Impaired is impaired, heck driving while just taking a medication could be considered impaired driving. And, as most state or county courts will tell when you get caught, driving is a Privilege.. been there. Your thoughts?
